Procurement Specialist (Entry level)

About the Role

AAB Construction is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team in Yerevan. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in procurement and develop their professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Support the analysis of procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and procurement activities.
• Work with the SAP ERP system to manage procurement transactions and records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support procurement needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the procurement field.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP ERP is an advantage but not required.
