ERP SWISS is an official Odoo implementation partner based in Yerevan. We build and run ERP systems for companies across Switzerland, France, Germany and Armenia — wholesale distributors, manufacturers, retail chains, clinics and service businesses. A single project can touch everything a company does: sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, production, e-commerce.

We are hiring a Junior Odoo Implementation Consultant to work alongside our business analysts and project leads on live client implementations. This is a functional role, not a coding role: you will learn how real businesses operate, translate what a client needs into an Odoo configuration, prepare and load their data, test that it works, and support the users who rely on it every day.

You do not need Odoo experience. You need to be analytical, precise with data, comfortable in English with European clients, and genuinely interested in how companies run. We teach the rest — on real projects, from day one, with senior consultants and developers reviewing your work.

Job responsibilities Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Projects) according to project specifications Prepare client data for migration: clean and structure Excel files, build import templates, validate results after loading Take part in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and document processes, decisions and open questions Write and run test scenarios; verify configurations and developer deliverables before they reach the client Support user acceptance testing and go-live: reproduce issues, describe them precisely, escalate what needs a developer Handle first-line support requests from clients — answer usage questions, resolve configuration issues, track tickets to closure Produce user documentation and short training materials; help deliver user training sessions Keep project documentation, task tracking and time logs accurate and up to date Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to break a messy process down into clear steps Confident with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data cleaning, lookups, pivot tables) English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher — you will write to and speak with European clients Russian at working level (our internal working language alongside Armenian) Attention to detail: in this work, one wrong column in an import file is a real problem Willingness to learn continuously and to ask questions early rather than guess Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and communicate status honestly Nice to have (not required) Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (Odoo, 1C, SAP, MS Dynamics, ArmSoft) Basic understanding of accounting or business process principles Basic SQL or Python Prior internship or project experience in IT, consulting, finance or operations
